Matthew Hibbard

SMCSTL Board Member 2017-current

Social Community Manager, Ameren Missouri

Matthew has cultivated a strong social media network (both digitally and physically) in the St. Louis area over the years. He started out as a reporter for the St. Louis Business Journal before transitioning into the world of economic development at Bi-State Development. It was here that Matthew helped champion meaningful dialogue surrounding public transportation, infrastructure and community development. Today, Matthew is in charge of steering the social ship for Ameren Missouri and its approximately 1.2 million customers across central and eastern Missouri.

Eric Pratum

Chief Operating Officer, Bigwidesky 

Eric Pratum is a seasoned strategist with over 2 decades of marketing experience. He began his career by teaching himself HTML to share photos with family while living abroad, and has since gone on to establish Microsoft's social media analytics practice, lead digital efforts at the world's largest fundraising agency, and now serves as the COO of Bigwidesky. He has a passion for working with visionary and innovative leaders to help them find integral solutions that traditional approaches often miss. As a former president and current board member of Social Media Club St Louis, Eric is deeply committed to staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and sharing his knowledge with the broader community through SMC events, LinkedIn, and his website.

Posy Lou HENDERSON

Marketing Coordinator, Spry Digital

Posy Lou Henderson is a Marketing professional with a knowledge base rooted in leadership and management. She is passionate about helping individuals, organizations, and brands reach their full potential(s) and desired business outcomes and results.

She currently serves as the Marketing Coordinator at Spry Digital LLC and as an adjunct professor at Maryville University in the Communications department.

Posy Lou joined Social Media Club with the hopes of making an impact by motivating and inspiring others through compelling social posts and digital engagement that drives people to take action.

ALICIA UNDERWOOD

SMCSTL, Board Member 2023-current

Founder, TwentyThree

With over a decade of experience in social media and influencer marketing, Alicia Underwood has owned two successful social media agencies and connected the world with nearly a hundred brands. She began her career as a Social Media Specialist at a local agency writing social media copy for brands such as Walmart and SEARS before leaping into entrepreneurship at 24. Through the years, she's been pushing the creative boundaries of integrating creators, original content, and paid ads as more social channels debut into the scene. Alicia has managed and transformed many local businesses' social media presence in addition to prominent individuals and authors.

Currently, she founded a new strategy studio called TwentyThree, LLC, with a mission to help brands and businesses build clarity around their digital plan, so they are empowered and well-informed to make their next strategic launch.

It brings Alicia joy to see the evolution and advancement of the social media world, and she hopes to continue the conversation with her peers through her membership with SMCSTL.

Jennifer INGLIS

Vice President, Social Media, Elasticity

With a decade-long journey in brand strategy and social media, Jennifer Inglis is a force to be reckoned with in the digital marketing landscape. Her passion for leveraging insights to transform brands has been the cornerstone of her career. Jennifer's global perspective is enriched by her experiences living in the Middle East and Europe and studying politics in England.

In 2009, Jennifer took the blogging world by storm as one of the first fashion bloggers in London. Her innovative approach led to lucrative partnerships with renowned brands like Gap, American Express, Pinterest, and eBay. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Social Media at Elasticity, where she continues to break new ground in social media marketing and strategy.

Her skill set is as diverse as it is impressive, with endorsements in areas ranging from Leadership and Social Media Marketing to Content Creation and Public Relations. Jennifer is thrilled to contribute her expertise to the Social Media Club St. Louis and aims to foster authentic connections through innovative campaigns.
